Nurses Now is a family owned and operated business, providing qualified Central Coast nursing staff for hospitals, aged care and home care need. We offer the benefit of access to additional staff that are fully trained, when you need them, 24-hours a day. Whether you need additional staff for temporary or permanent placement, or for private home care needs, Nurses Now can assist you. Our nurses are available for placement within the Central Coast as well as Newcastle and Hunter regions. All of our nurses have undergone full training and must have at least 12 months of experience in the industry. Our nursing staff range in qualifications from RNs to EENs, ENs, Cert IVs and AINs. We personally meet with all nurses before signing them to our agency. All of our staff undergo Federal Police checks, registration checks and pre-employment screening before we sign them to Nurses Now, ensuring they are capable to hit the ground running once in your workplace or home. They receive Nurses Now shirts and identification tags and are given strict guidelines in terms of dress and grooming. You can rest assured that all of our nurses are professional, efficient and friendly.Nurses Now provide quarterly training and education workshops, guaranteeing that our staff update their skills. We carry out monthly performance assessments and all staff employed through us have workers compensation and indemnity insurance.Nurses Now has been the proud recipient of many small business awards from the Wyong Regional Chamber of Commerce, as well as winning the Excellence in Implementation of Values and Cultures award in 2010.

    I joined with Nurses Now back in 2009, having recently moved interstate, being a single mum of 3 children. I was looking for something that was somewhat flexible but still reliable, when i joined Nurses Now it was easy to tell i had joined a family business that cared. I undertook a role as after hours manager 5 years ago, communicating with staff and facilities. I have been supported every step of my growing career, Nurses Now show initiative in my family, my youngest daughter has also worked with Nurses Now for over 3 years and through her journey she has been accepted as part of the family with constant opportunities to train and grow. I have a sense of security both professionally and personally since having begun with this wonderful company. From the day i had met Nick and Laurinda and joined the Nurses Now family i have felt as sense of belonging and meaning and would not change a thing. -Katrina.
