We are a Coffs Harbour based MOBILE SHARPENING SERVICE, specialising in professional sharpening of chefs knives, butcher's knives, quality fishing knives, hunting knives and any knives used for commercial or domestic culinary purposes. We only use the latest water cooled machines from Germany to ensure the minimal amount of metal necessary is removed in the grinding process and the low speed water cooled grinding wheels prevent heat damage to your precious blades so they last much longer. We then hone the cutting edge to a perfect angle and finally we polish the blade to make a perfect razor sharp edge ready to slice meat, chicken, seafood and fish or vegetables. We can re-bevel and re-tip most knives at your request. We service the Coffs Coast from Grafton to Stuarts point and west to Dorrigo. We can arrange pick up and delivery.
